We want you to love your Clare V. purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After completing the online request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once received.
